Today we asked your Neighbourhood Inspector for Greenwich, what message he would like to be sent out in these challenging times.
it reads:
Your local officers are continuing to work tirelessly around the clock to keep you all safe and deliver a critical service of business under the current circumstances.

Note from Cheryl, Chair:
Please be kind in these coming days, to yourselves, to others and your community. Everyone is facing a challenging and stressful situation with no one really having the answers to the question we ask. Remember also that police, emergency workers, healthcare professionals and shop workers and all those amazing people working tirelessly to provide and protect and care for us are also human too with families of their own.
I have been speaking with many Association chairs from across the country about how their communities are coming together.
We are suggesting setting up calling trees. This then helps with issues such as isolation and loneliness.
Some are doing video conferencing or intending to.
If you have seen in our recent messages that the council are coordinating a volunteer army! To provide support for the communities. This is a much safer way of helping.
We will continue to support our communities in these trying times.
Best wishes
Cheryl and team
