It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a well loved and respected Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator and Chair of Shooters Hill Safer Neighbourhood Panel this evening, Len Newland.
Len was a coordinator for many years and over the past few years also managed his own messaging service to the community. Many people from across the borough added themselves onto the messaging and were happy to receive news.
I am sure that many of you have many happy memories of Len and as a tribute it would be nice if we collated these and passed on to his family, so if you would like to participate, either reply to this email or send one to greenwichnhwnetwork@gmail.com.
Our thoughts are with Len’s family and friends at this time.
