Good evening.
We understand that there is currently an incident involving a block party in the Plumstead area this evening.
We would like to assure you that Royal Borough of Greenwich Community Safety teams and Police are working at how they support the response to this incident.
Also along with NHW they have been trying to identify and manage the impact of various potential block parties and music filming in a number of areas with very little information.
We would like residents and community members to help us in anyway to identifying these earlier so that the response can be more targeted and resources can be better placed to deal with these events, which we appreciate can be very distressing and annoying.
Not only does it impact to the immediate community surrounding the venue but indeed the resources to deal with the immediate response and aftermath including the clean up of the event.
This cannot be done without your support and that all agencies & partners involved need YOUR help. You live in the communities and this impacts your lives. We want to help. Help us help you.
