What a Lovely Event!!!

Holding a small specialised event really helped the resident of Halton Court in Kidbrooke last night.

Over a cuppa and a chat, older residents fully engaged with the local Greenwich Volunteer Police Cadets

The cadets went through a presentation with them and discussed VPNs, better passwords, internet safety, scams and then how to report them and who to.

Everyone had a great time with everyone learning from Tina Gibbons from Trading Standards and our partner in this project, about blocking scam calls on your phones and the cadets proceeded to do that tor the not so tech savvy residents.

This project has proved to be so vital and needed. It was lovely to watch such a brilliant group.

if anyone is interested in one of these evenings in your area, even in someone’s front room. The let us know.
