The Respect Phoneline provides confidential advice and support to help perpetrators stop being violent and abusive, and is free to call 0808 8024040

Karma Nirvana: 0800 5999 247 Mon to Fri 9am–5pm supporting victims of honour based abuse and forced marriage. www.karmanirvana.org.uk

Over the last few weeks our lives have changed completely. However it has shown that communities do want to support each other, the need to belong is important and our resilience and compassion is overwhelming.
I am sure that many of you know that I also work for the Neighbourhood Watch Network as Head of Membership and Community Engagement. I have witnessed and heard about so many other coordinators and members doing amazing things in their communities in times of need.
