Helicopters flying low?

We have been advised by CCRA that following a number of instances where a low flying helicopter has been hovering around that they were given the following advice. And police dogs were with their handlers.

If you here a helicopter flying around DO NOT GO OUT OF YOUR HOUSE/HOME INTO THE STREET OR GARDEN AND DO NOT ATTEMPT AT ANYTIME TO APPROACH POLICE DOGS.

As this could obscure a police investigation
